I moved to New York from California about 2.5 years ago and was looking for a provider. When I first met Dr. Baidwan, I felt that the vibe was right.
I have always had issues with my health, and in particular, my weight. It impacted me from the early stages of my life. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes when I was 21, and I was also diagnosed with PCOS. In 2020, I underwent vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery, but I was still never able to get below a certain weight, I needed more support.
Working with Dr. Baidwan, she helped me not only with my weight but also with my other health issues. Now, I can say that I have a much nicer quality of life. I am at a place where I have a healthy weight and overall improved well-being.
Obesity is the root cause of so many health issues. If you don’t get that under control, it becomes a cycle of one issue after another. I was at breaking point, and with Dr. Baidwan’s help, I was able to not only take control of my health but also improve my mental health. Everything is connected.

A significant milestone for me was getting under 200-pounds. Reaching that milestone, alongside being able to establish and maintain healthy habits is really hard when everything feels like it’s against you.

The continuity of care is truly a unique experience and the longer appointments are so nice because it actually makes me feel heard. Dr Baidwan really listens to me, with each appointment there are different bullet points that we always hit, I really appreciate how thorough each long appointment is, that is the reason I keep coming back.
The concierge-service is truly exceptional, it is a different type of practice that I have never experienced before. I can book an appointment and be seen really fast, other practices can be booked out for weeks.
Her team is on top of everything, it is a proactive service. I am essentially paying for an on-demand service, it fits perfectly with my schedule, and it saves me time.

Absolutely, I can say that Dr. Baidwan saved my life. When I met her, I wasn’t in the best mental health space, and my weight was out of control. Since I have been on my health journey with Dr. Baidwan, I have lost 55-pounds, and my mental health is in a much better place.
My blood pressure is down to normal levels, my psoriasis is under control. I am eating right, exercising, making a point to get outside and not to let depression take hold. I have developed healthy habits, including walking 2-miles a day.

The telehealth service is phenomenal. I live in Jersey, so this is so convenient for me. I would have to say it is hands down the best practice in New York, I never have to wait for a prescription. It is worth every penny.
